INFORMATION NOTICE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Falmec S.p.A. as the Data Controller (hereafter referred to as the "Data Controller"), issues this information notice in compliance with European and Italian regulations on personal data protection, in order to let you know the purposes and methods of processing the personal data that you may communicate while browsing this website (hereafter "Site").
Please note that this information refers only to the Site and not to third-party websites, which may be accessed by the User through links contained within it.
CATEGORIES OF DATA
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes, for example, the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the addresses in the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the computer environment of the user. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct operation and are deleted immediately after processing. For needs related to operation and maintenance, the Site and any third-party services used by it may collect System Logs, which are files that record the interactions and which may also contain Personal Data, such as the User’s IP address.

Sending - optional, explicit and voluntary - e-mails to the addresses indicated on the Site involves the subsequent acquisition of your e-mail address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as of any additional personal data communicated. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING, NATURE OF DATA PROVISION AND CONSEQUENCES IN CASE OF REFUSAL
The Controller will process your data to facilitate navigation and to provide the services you may have requested through the forms specially available on the Site. Apart from what is specified for navigation data and technical cookies, within the sections of the site set up for particular services at your request you will be free to provide your personal data for the purposes stated in the respective information notice; however, failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain the requested service.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The Data Controller will process the personal data collected through the use of the Site for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and, once the latter has elapsed, for any time established by the regulations in force.

SCOPE OF COMMUNICATION OF DATA AND CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS
The Data Controller will not disseminate the data, but intends to communicate them to internal parties authorised to process the data in the context of their respective duties, as well as to external parties to whom the communication of data may be necessary. Those recipients, should they process data on behalf of the Data Controller, will be appointed as Data Processors with a specific contract or other legal document.

DATA TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY AND/OR TO AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATION
Personal data will not be transferred to non-European third countries or international organisations.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS
It is your right to request from the Controller access to your personal data and to correct them if they are inaccurate, erase them or limit their processing if the conditions are met, to object to their processing for legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller, and to obtain the portability of personally provided data only if subject to automated processing based on consent or contract. Furthermore you have the right to withdraw the consent given for processing purposes that request it, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing performed until withdrawal thereof.
