Extraction rises up with Level One, Level and Level Invisible by Falmec: three innovative solutions integrated into the worktop and equipped with a downdraft system, each one with functional and aesthetic features designed to meet the most widely different needs. From the essential design of Level One to the flexibility of Level and the full integration of Level Invisible, Falmec offers a technological and high performance experience.
Each model is in energy class A++ and is provided with a motorised up/down system, which allows you to set the height of the hood to the exact position needed for the type of pan used, as well as a powerful and quiet 800 m3/h brushless motor, which can also be installed at the rear to optimise the space inside the wall unit.
Black satin-finish aluminium, smoked glass and dynamic LED lighting on the extractor unit combine with the black glass ceramic induction hob, available in two versions: glossy or in the new scratch-resistant matt finish. Both versions feature touch controls with elegant white LEDs.
Level One provides an advanced experience and free-flowing cooking, thanks to rear extraction. The induction hob with 4 cooking zones arranged in line and with 9 levels + boost is designed to accommodate pots and pans of various sizes, while the Automode function automatically adjusts extraction based on cooking power, optimising efficiency and consumption. For even greater ease of use, Level One includes Flex Surface technology with a dual bridge function, allowing for extremely versatile utilisation, even with large pots and pans. Completing the offering are the Keep Warm function, which maintains food at the ideal temperature, and Chef Mode, which allows different temperatures to be set on each cooking zone for optimal management of cooking times and preparations.
An elegant LED strip with dynamic lighting enhances the 90 cm structure, illuminating the worktop with a colour temperature that can be adjusted according to personal preferences and the atmosphere of the room. Level is also equipped with a 3-speed + boost touch control panel and Dialogue System technology, which allows the hood to be controlled directly from a Falmec induction hob.
This means a product with a low-key look that works with gas and induction systems but is perfect when paired with “invisible” cooking solutions built into the worktop. The end result is a seamless, minimalist visual effect.
Level Invisible lifts with a simple hand touch, and thanks to a simple gesture is all it takes to adjust the suction power using the touch control panel with 3 speeds + boost located on the front. As is the case for Level One and Level, this model is also available in a single 90 cm size and is made of satin-finish aluminium and smoked glass, enhanced by a dynamic LED strip light.
Furthermore, the Dialogue System technology enables Level Invisible to be controlled directly from the Falmec induction hob, via its integrated touch control and wireless radio frequency connection, for intuitive and simultaneous usage.
Level One, Level and Level Invisible are provided with a filter tray that also acts as a condensation collector. They can be optionally fitted with high-efficiency, regenerable Carbon.Zeo Microtech filters, which last up to 3 years.
