Brera becomes “Slim” developing its original concept into a new and more compact structure. It has been thought indeed to respond to contemporary kitchen needs with a minimal and completely space-saving design.
In the new Falmec Brera Slim cooking system – available in 76 and 90 cm dimensions – the silent brushless motor is directly installed in the body and combined with a "plug & play" installation which simplifies the whole extractor system layout and amplifies the space inside the storage unit.
The technology is thus concentrated within a compact space, allowing the full expression of the worktop’s formal purity, which is featured by a seamless surface and an ultra-minimalist aesthetic. The rear extraction system contributes to this minimalist design; it is activated by a motorised automatic flap which, when the extraction is not in use, closes back up, leaving the hob area completely free. Finally, the hob features a slider display with white LEDs that allows for intuitive control of the functions, blending seamlessly into the surface and maintaining its visual continuity.

Furthermore, Brera Slim introduces a new chromatic Falmec language. In addition to the standard matt black, Falmec offers exclusive shades such as Champagne and Grey, both made from the new scratch-resistant Ultra-Matt glass-ceramic.
The high-quality surface of a silk-soft touch surface combines the finest aesthetic with outstanding performance, offering high mechanical resistance and the best solution to daily use, maintaining its integrity over the time.
The Ultra-Matt glass-ceramic surface considerably reduces the visibility of fingerprints and makes cleaning easier, whilst the colour palette extends the matching possibilities with the materials, shades and finishes of contemporary kitchens, ensuring it blends harmoniously into the overall design.
In the new Brera Slim, the extractor unit dialogues with a comprehensive and versatile hob system featuring four cooking zones with automatic pan detection, Double Bridge functions to extend the cooking area, Keep Warm to keep food at the ideal temperature; Clean & Dry, which activates once cooking is complete to help remove any residual odours and dry the filters; and Automode, which adjusts the extraction power according to the cooking process.
Finally, the Brera Slim is fitted with a removable filter basket and liquid collector, which makes maintenance easier, whilst the regenerable Carbon.Zeo Microtech filters help to maintain high filtration performance over time.
