Falmec proudly returns from the 2026 edition of Expo Sicam, the International Exhibition for Components, Semi-finished Products and Accessories for the Furniture Industry, which is held annually in Pordenone.
During the event, Falmec presented its latest Art-induction range, continuing along the lines of Mimesis, a new product concept in which the extractor is concealed and fully integrated into the kitchen: in the walls, in the lights, in the ceilings, but above all in the worktops.
It is precisely from worktops and the demand for hobs with integrated extractors that Cooking was born.
An exclusive range that combines cooking and extraction in a single appliance. Brera Slim, Icon and Eclipse are the new models already launched at the Milan Furniture Fair and now available on the market, featuring Ultra-Matt technology and finishes in champagne and grey.
Art-induction enhances and complements the Cooking range, offering exclusive customisation. Thanks to the range of distinctive decorative finishes, the design language reflects the personal taste of those who spend time in the kitchen.

At its stand, Falmec showcased glass panels and finishes crafted from Ultra-Matt glass-ceramic: a satin-finished, matt surface that is pleasant to the touch and particularly resistant to scratches and everyday wear and tear, available in champagne amd grey.
With Art-induction, the three new cooking systems with integrated extraction, each offering a different interpretation of the relationship between the hob surface and the extraction system:
Brera Slim, with its compact design and available in 76 and 90 cm wide versions, conceals the extraction system within a motorised rear flap which, when the system is switched off, closes to leave a continuous, uncluttered surface.
Eclipse, 80 cm wide, focuses on the discretion offered by a central tempered glass panel that opens automatically during use and realigns with the worktop when the extraction stops.
Icon, also 80 cm wide, has visible extraction, transforming the central anodised aluminium grille into a decorative feature, available in anthracite, copper and gold finishes.
All three models can be installed using Plug&Play, minimising the space taken up inside the unit; they feature four cooking zones with automatic pan detection, a Double Bridge function, touch controls, a 600 m³/h brushless motor and a Clean & Dry function, which eliminates residual odours and dries the filters at the end of cooking. In addition, the long-life, regenerable Carbon.Zeo Microtech filter is available as an optional extra.
Jolie, the wall-mounted cooker hood designed by Emo Design, which resembles a two-module open-plan unit, was presented in combination with the ‘Flowers’ designs from the Art-induction collection.
The rear panel of the cooker hood is available in various finishes or can be customised on request, so that it matches the hob and becomes an integral part of the kitchen décor.

Level Invisible, the 90cm downdraft hood, is the second combination. Its top panel can be made from the same material as the worktop, making it disappear from view when closed.
It lifts with a single touch, works with gas or induction hobs and, thanks to the Dialogue System, is controlled directly from the Falmec induction hob.

Falmec would like to thank all the visitors to the 17th edition of Sicam and our colleagues at Friulana Accessori, and look forward to seeing you all again next year.
