Falmec closes the 2026 edition of EuroCucina FTK with overwhelmingly positive feedback from industry professionals, who had the opportunity to experience the new and exclusive solutions offered by one of the
leading international brands in the world of ventilation and cooking appliances. This major showcase took on even greater value this year:
Falmec celebrated its 45th anniversary alongside visitors, a milestone that reflects a journey built on solidity, customer loyalty, and research in the production of solutions designed to enhance the quality of life in the kitchen.
Led by the Mimesis design concept, Falmec has presented a vision in which the element of air is transformed into a silent presence that “breathes” in harmony with the kitchen environment, finding its place within walls, countertops, ceilings, and pendant lights. Thus, the focus shifts from a mere product concept to an idea of the kitchen environment where the extraction theme is best contextualized, not only from an aesthetic standpoint but also in terms of technology, connectivity, and customization, key factors driving the company’s evolution.
The concept of an extractor system that is increasingly integrated with the hob takes shape with Icon, Eclipse and Brera Slim, three cooking systems that house a genuine ‘extraction heart’ within the hob.
Icon is characterised by its central grill with elegant copper, gold and anthracite finishes; Eclipse by an
automatic central flap; and Brera Slim by the rear panel, which creates a minimalist and uniform look across
the worktop.
All the new models are available in the new Ultra-Matt glass-ceramic finish, which stands out from other
matt finishes thanks to more advanced scratch-resistant technology, greater durability and reduced
visibility of fingerprints, making cleaning easier. Furthermore, the new Cooking Systems are available in two
new matt colour variants – champagne and grey – with the option for colour customisation, as is the case
with Brera Slim.

The surfaces become canvases for design: geometric patterns for the “Graphica” collection and textured finishes matching the worktop for the “Matherica” range, in a colour palette ranging from neutral tones to bolder shades, all enhanced by the new scratch-resistant Ultra-Matt finish.

This latest edition of di EuroCucina FTK showcased technologies such as the E.ion System, Comfort-silence
and No-Drop System, which are a tangible expression of innovation in everyday life.
The new Pura, Matrix and Virgola E.ion models combine a vacuum function with an advanced air purification system capable of neutralising unpleasant odours, pollutants and irritants, and detecting VOCs, cigarette smoke, formaldehyde and more.

The result is even more noticeable in the exclusive Silence NRS technology which, in the new Elle model, is combined with the No-Drop anti-condensation system.
This is how the “L”-shaped hood makes a striking visual impact whilst also delivering excellent performance.

Falmec also introduces an elegant dynamic light “ring” in the POLAR LIGHT EVO model – which allows you to adjust the colour temperature of the lighting – and new finishes
in copper, gold, anthracite and sand grey, designed to blend seamlessly with contemporary interior colour schemes.
A notable example is Jolie, designed by Emo Design, featuring a customisable backing panel, as well as Level Invisible, whose top surface can be made from the same material as the worktop; and Light, characterised by bespoke side panels that enhance its design versatility.
All these new products are proving very successful and will be launched on the market from autumn onwards, based on the requests received.
