The apartment was born from the re-conversion of a warehouse located on the ground floor of a courtyard in Ca' de Facc, the 'house of faces,' a late 19th-century building on whose facade are portrayed the faces of 51 famous people including Leonardo, Foscolo, Manzoni, D'Azeglio, Appiani, Carlo Porta, and Paganini.
The space is distinguished by a double-height vaulted ceiling and two very large windows that fill the open space of bright light; the height made it possible to create a large loft under which are hidden all the "service" rooms: kitchen, laundry, bathroom and storage room.
The furnishings mix design pieces from various ages with modern objects collected from flea markets and travels, in perfect accordance with the owner's style, who with others has opened the META space that promotes waste reduction through the recycling of materials and scenery from temporary set-ups.

In the small but functional kitchen Falmec's Mira range hood was installed in its brushed stainless steel version. Its geometric shape is in perfect harmony with an open kitchen corner, where the functionality of its storage elements is enhanced by a totally writable 'blackboard' wall.
