For those who have never visited Seoul, this is a good opportunity to plan a trip there or even just to dream it up. The interior design studio MIES&LOUIS' project does, in fact, allow some glimpses of the modern metropolis to shine, letting innovation and style breathe through.
The minimalist furniture, expertly warmed up by wood finishes and linear surfaces, simultaneously speaks to us of the Far East and Northern Europe, in their highest expressive idiom: extremely essential but at the same time of high quality impact where it is the details that make the difference. This blending of tastes, was defined 'Japandi' as early as 2022, leading the way for a proper trend combining Japanese aesthetics and Nordic minimalism.
In a smooth transition, the large spaces, although designed for different daily uses, communicate with each other thanks to movable walls of warm wooden or glass finishes, which well harmonize with the surrounding furnishing setting.
It is in this same way that the living area welcomes living room and dining room with kitchen: over here, an eclectic daybed and an irregular white oak table accommodate relaxing moments of lazing and conviviality facing an inspiring panorama.

Wood is the natural material that is dominant all over in its different shapes and shades, creating a truly welcoming 'box’ effect.
The marble of the kitchen and bathroom countertop harmonically complements it thanks to the sophisticated exploration of 'ton sur ton' matching, achieved with warm shades.

Among these, the Falmec Lumen Isola NRS range hood stands out among others above the kitchen island counter, in its most extended 175 cm version with a contemporary Scotch Brite Stainless Steel surface finish, adaptable to any environment.
The led strip along the two long sides of the hood, eases not only all the food cooking and preparing activities but also a comfortable ambient light during the times when the hood is not in usage. The effect during the night-time hours is truly elegant: lines hanging in the space create changing light and shadow patterns.

Lumen's Silence NRS technology is the perfect choice for this residential property where both privacy and elegance distinguish the owners' personalities. When operating, in fact, the hood maintains a lower noise level than more traditional solutions, thus improving the acoustic impact and allowing it to be used without discomfort during both times of conversation and when relaxing, to remove odours and improve the air quality in the home.
