In the heart of Rome, this 230 square metre apartment, redesigned by Punto Zero Architetti, is characterised by an intelligent and distinctive use of colour, which defines and enhances the different functions of the spaces. The natural light streaming in from the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the park enhances the sense of modernity and harmony of the 1930s-inspired décor.
Between the false ceilings and the textured walls created by plasterboard, an arch opens up, leading into the kitchen with a view of the island.
The Light cooker hood, with its bronze finish, hangs elegantly above it, creating a horizontal light line whilst leaving the view unobstructed.

Thanks to the exclusive Multi-Air filtration technology and its ultra-slim body,
Light perfectly combines its primary function as an extractor with that of a distinguishing design element, conceived to provide uniform lighting for the worktop.

The contrast in materials between the black marble of the worktop and splashback – which is also featured throughout the flooring – and the structure of the hood, in bronze-toned metal and smoked glass, lends the space a sophisticated atmosphere and a refined aesthetic appeal.
Artistic and eccentric details complete the space: the abstract painting on the wall and the strategically placed light source create a trompe-l’œil effect that complements the giraffe-shaped sculpture dominating the corridor.

The living room reveals itself as a cosy space designed for socialising and relaxation. A modular green velvet sofa, flanked by a red sofa bed and a sinuous purple velvet armchair—perfect for the reading corner—take centre stage.
The central metal coffee tables, featuring refined brass, wood and marble inserts, complete the space with sophisticated design details inspired by the forms of nature and classical art.
The open-plan living area is designed to welcome guests and encourage sharing around the large red-painted table, enhanced by armchairs with woven armrests that evoke a vintage charm.
A home designed to allow for a seamless experience of the spaces and their everyday life, contaminated by the outdoor feeling.
