The project, in fact, is precisely placed in the Via Cassia, the road that leads from Rome to Florence now a vibrant urban lung and an area full of commercial activities.
The retreat of a total of 120 square meters, functional and elegant thanks to a careful choice of materials and the use of a color palette that plays on pastel shades, creating a calm and refined atmosphere.
From antique pink to sage green through to Minerva green, the colors are harmoniously blended throughout the house, giving a sense of extreme peace and coziness.

In the kitchen, in particular, wood is combined together through the parquet floor and parts of the cabinets including the central island where the shiny and elegant Calacatta marble stands out, perfectly matching Falmec's Mare E.ion suspended hood.
The latter, designed in collaboration with Pareschi Atelier and inspired by the shape of a wave, features a sinuous white tempered glass structure.

Mare encloses within it the unique E.ion System technology that constantly checks the air you breathe in the kitchen by a special leaf-shaped display, which changes color depending on the purity of the environment.
Thanks to controlled bipolar ionization, Mare E.ion not only neutralizes odors, but also reproduces the properties of the air of unpolluted environments. A sea breeze, capable of positively affecting people's well-being. In automatic mode, it works silently to restore and maintain a healthy and natural ambience.

Even in the living room, the colors of white and green complement the materials of marble and wood, creating a visual balance that fascinates without being intrusive while keeping the entire living space bright and in open space with the kitchen.
Other decorations such as lamps, pillows, pottery vases, and gold and brass details enhance the room, giving an allure of luxury in every corner of the house.
A concept design that brings out timeless beauty, perfectly responding to the needs of the owner, a lover of comfort and refinement.
