'This apartment, designed for a young family, combines functionality, comfort, and modern design, with a focus on beauty and the quality of materials' (Kin Architetti).
Completed in 2025, the renovation of this bright residential property in southern Italy was designed with an open-plan entrance hall, where the kitchen takes center stage in the entire living area.
These include an impressive monochrome island, designed for cooking and conviviality, which contrasts with the Spazio 130 suspended extractor hood in total black finishing.
Spazio, in its compact version, stands out for its usability and an authentic 360° experience combined with ventilation.

But it is the accessories that make it unique: an electrical outlet with USB for charging electronic devices, a tablet holder, and optional housing for a small home garden, useful while cooking.
The hood also incorporates Falmec's exclusive Circle.Tech system (which requires no ducting) and its long-lasting, regenerable Carbon.Zeo Microtech filters, which trap odours and moisture with double effectiveness thanks to the combined use of carbon and zeolite.

The black and white colour combination is interrupted by other design details such as metal stools and chairs for welcoming family or guests, colourful and iconic advertising posters on the walls and porcelain stoneware flooring that creates a striking visual contrast with the light oak parquet.
Finally, a sage green corridor with textured walls separates the living area from the sleeping area with a contemporary style alternative to some structural details such as the concrete pillar, but also the desk and the classic-style dark wood dining table.
A project where every corner, with precious simplicity, tells the story of everyday life.
