There was one part that still didn’t fit in: the kitchen. Installed by the previous owners, it felt disconnected from the rest, plain white and grey with uninspiring materials that lacked warmth and personality.
However, they did not want to eliminate what was perfectly usable but rather decided to transform the space while conserving the existing kitchen as much as possible.

While keeping the same structure, the first step was to replace the countertop with a white marble ceramic surface.
The backsplash tiles were swapped for handmade Moroccan Zellige tiles in a striped pattern using white and two shades of green with mosaic effect, creating a banded pattern with the colors of white and two shades of green. The decoration was carried up to the ceiling to create a striking vertical look.
The cabinets were repainted in two matching greens, and several brass details have been added for a touch of luxury: a brass kickboard, the side of the fridge clad in brass for a mirrored look, customized door handles, and a new golden tap. But the true centerpiece of the kitchen is the Falmec Shelf extractor hood.

This innovative extractor combines sleek design with integrated lighting, ventilation, and advanced filtration. The choice of its customizable version allowed for the addition of a polished brass profile made by a local metal workshop.
The result is a unique showstopper that perfectly aligns with the horizontal brass detailing of the kitchen plinth. The 120 cm width of the Shelf fits seamlessly between the upper cabinets, as if it were designed for the space.
Thanks to Shelf, the space has gained remarkable elegance and is completely in tune with the personal taste of those who live in it.
