Within a 1200-square-meter property that was once a pineapple plantation stands this striking villa overlooking Manila Bay in the Philippines.
In its decor, the house portrays a passion for vintage furniture, modern art and accessories. It features suspended ceilings, clean lines, straight shapes and materials such as wood, stone, concrete, steel and glass, intentionally chosen to age stylishly over time.
Floor-to-ceiling windows let in daylight and frame views of the surrounding landscape.
The structure, which stands out on a 7-meter drop and among continuous ups and downs, was built on three levels with a large outdoor space,
ideal for moments of relaxation thanks to Tagaytay's cool evening breeze, and an indoor corner of the living area, dedicated to listening to the property's exclusive vinyl collection in the comfort of a chaise longue or the 'spacious sofa both of design.

In the latter, a pearl-gray marble island, furniture and ceiling in cedar wood frame Lumen Island 175, Falmec's extractor hood with an impressive stainless steel body.
The hood has a stunning presence, thanks to its wide dimensions and LED strips positioned on both long sides that optimally illuminate the worktop while diffusing a charming ambient light.

Air suction takes place along its perimeter, at the extraction part, while the power is adjusted with an electronic control panel located on the front side. Objects, containers and pots can be housed in the structure, further enriching its role in the environment.
The stools arranged for seating at the counter, also with a sleek, minimalist design enhanced by clear polycarbonate with bases made of wire, provide visual contrast and maintain the feeling of opening by not obstructing the view of the room.

The harmonious, rounded shape of the table and the wood-and-metal-framed pot chairs lend a typical mid-century design style to the entire space.
Further embellishing it are two large elliptical fabric pendant lamps and a vintage Oriental Persian rug with a floral pattern.
