Brera 75 represents the compact version of Brera model, specifically designed to fit into prestigious, yet small kitchens, without compromising on elegance and functionality. In addition to the possible installation on the 60 cm deep tops Brera 75 features a single, essential element of 75 cm with a uniform, monochrome black glass-ceramic surface with 4 cooking zones and integrated flap system for fumes and odour extraction.
As with the original model, the new version is a concentrate of technology, features and energy efficiency (A+++). The induction hob with 9 cooking levels + boost and Flex Surface technology allows the use of pans of any size, from very small to very large, providing maximum freedom of movement.

Thanks to the wide range of functions available, Brera 75 offers an intuitive user experience: from automatic suction setting based on cooking power, to the Keep Warm function to ensure food ideal temperature, to the Chef mode, which allows different heat settings on each cooking zone. In addition, the Touch Slider control makes it easy to use and adjust cooking preferences.
The suction area is defined by a rear glass flap that opens automatically when in use to draw in vapours and cooking fumes. Once closed, the flap integrates perfectly with the hob, facilitating cleaning. Finally, the new Brera 75 can count on a powerful and silent 800 m3/h brushless motor and is also offered in a filter version thanks to regenerable Carbon.Zeo Microtech filters - insertable from above to make replacement and maintenance easier - that absorb cooking odours and reduce residual humidity.
